Aetna Insurance
Project Management Office (PMO) Ground up build
Aetna found their emerging business area in need of an organized project management process and unity across its many projects. They called upon our team to stand up a basic PMO, and hire other knowledged project managers to execute the strategy. The result worked out great, they now have standard process, and a global view to their organization ready at their finger tips.
Marsh & Mclennan
Acquisition & Integration Project
Marsh had just purchased a small 80 person insurance company owned by a Japanese firm, and they were in need of project management direction to complete the integration. EHBC Consulting was brought in to set up the plan, execute and fully integrate the smaller company with Marsh.
This temporary PMO created the ability for executives to see and understand what was happening on a weekly basis and gauge the progress of their investment.
Ogilvy & Mather
Outsourcing of back office personnel
Ogilvy decided to downsize 95 finance and accounting employees and send the jobs over to India. In doing so, there are many technological challenges and moving parts that go along with such a transformation. They found they were not equipped internally for this kind of project. EHBC took the lead on the financial technology PMO operational side.
Schedules, cost, resources, contracts, quality, SLAs were just a few of the needed project management components that were brought to the table for Ogilvy.

Enterprise wide Records Management Platform
As many medium size companies find themselves- with antiquated technology for the most basic functions. In this case there was no modern companywide records management platform. This multi-million dollar project required a number of project managers, a central PMO to help facilitate and execute the project among the more than 15 divisions.
In all, the project was able to successfully migrate and index well over 300,000 documents using Share Point technology to create a state of the are record portal to search, retrieve and store permanent company documents.
